Hi Everyone:

Does anyone have a great resource for determining the average recycle commodity breakdown based on gross MSW tonnage for regions of the country and/or national statistics for rural areas that don't currently have recycling? As part of a Recycling Feasibility Study we are doing for a Client, WIH needs to develop recycled content estimate, preferrably by commodity type. The project does not allow for a physcial waste characterization.
